Akshaya Patra, the NGO in Visakhapatnamwas awarded the Certificate of Merit for its excellent relief operations service during the HUDHUD cyclone in 2014. The District Collector and Police Commissioner handed over the certificate to Niskinchana Bhakta Dasa, President of The Akshaya Patra Foundation, NGO in Visakhapatnam during the Republic Day celebration on 26 January 2015.
